As part of the UN SDG Action Campaign’s mandate to scale up, broaden and sustain the global movement of people taking action to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, we’re keen to support with capacity building, upskilling and onboarding through training programs.
In June 2021, the UN SDG Action Campaign were invited to develop a training plan for 400 Youth4Climate delegates where we were asked to present the tools for successful campaigning.
This training program is designed to inspire young people to convert their knowledge into activations by understanding key tools to communicate their own messages and implement a successful campaign. This training is now open access – so join us and become an SDG Action Campaigner!
Through a series of focused insight sessions – ranging from ‘top tip snapshots’ through to skill building deep dives, participants will equip themselves with approaches, ideas and examples of ways in which they can take their knowledge to create a butterfly effect through activating their networks and communities to take action.

We all watched as this last year and a half turned everything upside down, changing the way we see the world, each other—even ourselves. We’ve seen kindness and compassion, determination and inspiration, co-operation, and community on a scale we never believed possible.
Global challenges can only be solved when we all work together. That’s why we must flip the script to show that change is possible. We must reimagine the narrative and turn apathy into action. Turn fear into hope. Division into togetherness.
We look to 2022 as a year of innovation and resolution, and we will work with all our partners across all sectors to make sure we are part of the solution. Every action matters – no matter how great or small. We will flip the script on our own approaches to help mobilize, inspire and connect our global community of SDG actors. This is our moment and the time is now.
